"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Walking distance from all the sights, sounds and cuisine that Lyon has to offer. Concierge services went above and beyond (shout out to Julliette and all). I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. Also ordered dinner one evening and was thrilled with the food and the quick service. Highly recommended indulgence!"

Lekker bed en door de rolluiken heel donker. Na een lange dag wandelen door het moois wat Lyon te bieden heeft, kwamen deze luiken goed van pas. De volgende ochtend werd ik heerlijk uitgerust wakker. "Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness.
