Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance. "The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. It’s close to excellent restaurants and several points of interest that can easily be reached on foot.That said, be careful if you stay during the summer and the weather is very hot, as the rooms in this hotel do not have air conditioning, which can be a problem during high-temperature summers."

Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times.
