"The room was nice, clean and updated - breakfast was a nice touch. But this hotel is incredibly loud. We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed....

"The hotel is very dated and I would not qualify it as 3 stars. The staff were kind and the bed and bathroom were clean however, the rooms are a mismatch of furniture with old finishes. The vinyl flooring was cracked. The bathroom fan was automatic with the light and sounded like a 747 was flying in. The coil burners in the kitchenette also seemed like a fire hazard."

The staff was so friendly and professional. The rooms were awesome, with great beds and pillows. My only complaint is that some rooms have you check in on the 1st floor vs the main lobby. "The guest house at Spinnakers is a unique experience. You can't beat the location and the view from our room was amazing. Our suite was very roomy and included a Jacuzzi tub. That said, the property could use some TLC and the mattress on the bed has seen better days. Overall recommended though. "

"The rooms are super clean, and well appointed. The bathroom has a separate very large and deep tub. With spray nozzles to rinse with. The coffee markers were both drip and pods, and the hair dryer was a dyson. They even had both an iron and a clothes steamer."
