"An old Victorian house remodelled into a 5 room guesthouse with original fir floors and woodwork. We were in the smallest of the rooms - room 4. A bit tight quarters but fine for our 1 night stay. It had a double bed whose mattress needed replacing - for 1 person it liked be fine but for 2 - the 2nd person kept rolling into the center. We told the new manager and he was great about accepting the feedback. Great staff, a pub/restaurant on site, we’d stay again but in a bigger room with hopefully a better mattress. "

"Front desk staff and staff at dining are excellent. They were attentive to guest needs and assists guests with a smile. There was only 1 bad experience, i left a tip for room housekeeping I asked for fresh towels from an attendant and then saw a different attendant entered the room to clean. When I got back in the room no fresh towels and left the room not cleaned but the bed was fixed. I complained and after that 1st day the room was cleaned with fresh towels."

"It's located at a perfect spot away from downtown but yet still close by to just about everywhere."

"Our room was tucked away from walk traffic so our pups were quite comfortable. There was a very clean bed and bowls as well as treats. Our room was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the coffee machine that was in our room it was difficult to operate. We enjoyed breakfasts in ‘ the great room’ as well as the use of the microwave anytime up to 10pm each evening. I recommend Robin Hood Inn and Suites! "

"Yes thanks you guys for a nice stay at the hotel. Everything promised was delivered. This is a great location if you want to visit the James Bay area of Victoria. Super close to ferry , Harbour air , water taxi etc etc. whale watching. Its about $70 taxi ride from the main airport. All very nice we were happy in this very quite hotel !"
