"Wir waren am ersten Tag nach der Eröffnung Gäste in diesem Hotel und gehörten somit zu den ersten Übernachtungsgästen.
Leider verlief der Check-in sehr holprig. Wir gerieten zunächst an eine Rezeptionistin, bei der man den Eindruck hatte, dass Kundenfreundlichkeit nicht oberste Priorität hatte. Zuerst wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen, in dem wir beim Betreten von einem schlafenden, nackten Gast überrascht wurden – eine äußerst unangenehme Situation. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach ebenfalls nicht...
