"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. "The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet. Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
