"We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit.
