"As soon as we arrived they helped us with bags and all other necessities! Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially bc I was with my adult special needs daughter,,,,, everyone made out stay very comfortable. Edna, the server by the pool was super nice and helpful ,, we will come back again!!!"

"The property was beautifully maintained. The check in/out was smooth. All staff were extremely helpful. Our room was very clean, and the cleaning folks were very good! Our balcony, beach front view was perfect for taking in sunsets! The beach was just across the street, and it was also staffed well. The restaurants were all great, as was the marina! We have zero complaints in our 7 day stay!"

"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. "First, the beach here is impeccable and well maintained by this hotel company. The water is a bluish green and very calm and clear. Unlike other resorts, the pictures that I saw before I booked this stay were not photoshopped. We stayed in the beachfront room on the third floor and arrived late at night. When I woke up in the morning and saw the white sand beach and the beautiful ocean, I was blown away.This resort reminded me of a small resort in the Caribbean. You don’t see resorts like this...
