"Great hotel for location, at the Intermodal bus station. Rooms fabulous, but lack of conditioner and hand/body lotion. Check-in elaborate and took the longest time out of all the hotels we stayed in ."

"The hotel had everything you could want. Water dispenser throughout the hotel with sparkling, chilled and ambient temperatures. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly particularly the room cleaning staff. It was very clean throughout the hotel. Bus stop just outside the hotel. As a solo traveller I have no complaints every enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel."

"From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. The hotel is spectacular and our room was exactly as shown and spotlessly presented. The staff are truly exceptional, everyone from reception to housekeeping. I travel by motorcycle and the secure underground parking provided perfect peace of mind. Valet parking is available if you are nervous about tight underground car parks. Taking breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace is a delightful way to start each day and the play of light over the Guggenheim, across the road, is mesmerising. I also used the room service and like the other restaurants on site it was surprisingly good value. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough 10 out of 10."

"This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is a very conveniently located, clean and pleasant hotel to stay in. Our dog was also welcome. Having not chosen to include the breakfast, access to a coffee in the morning was a little awkward. The staff in the dining room were not very enthusiastic about providing this service. This was our only disappointment."

"Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast here as there's a wealth of great food places nearby"
