In the hospitality industry, things don't always go perfectly, but you can tell the quality of a hotel by how they handle "mishaps." When a few unexpected issues arose during my stay, Sergio didn't hide in a back office—he was right there on the frontline. ​Why this stay was a 10/10: ​Hands-on Leadership: Sergio personally ensured that every detail was taken care of. He listens, he cares, and he takes immediate action. ​Outstanding Support: It’s clear that Sergio leads by example because the entire team follows suit. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​Problem-Solving: Even when things hit a snag, Sergio’s "outstanding support" turned a potential frustration into a seamless recovery. He makes you feel like the most important guest in the building. ​If you’re looking for a place in Miami Lakes where you know you’ll be in good hands, this is it. A huge thank you to Sergio and his great team for going above and beyond!"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. They responded to our requests right away and made sure to greet us every time we entered the property. The pool is small, but there are nice tables outside on a patio for breakfast and working. The breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast- adequate variety and decent quality."

"This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either."
