"We have stayed here 2 times. First in a 3 bedroom unit and this time in a 2 bedroom unit. We are RCI owners and have stayed at a lot of different vacation clubs across the Orlando area. This resort is one of the top as far as the room goes. Updated rooms, spacious living room, dining room and nicely equipped kitchen. Great tub in the main bedroom. Multiple enclosed decks. We traveled with a 1 year old, 5 year old, parents and grandparents and there was a pool for everyone to enjoy. The kids pool and splash pad were a hit with our family as well as the large hot tub. I do wish the deepest pool with the waterfall was kept at a warmer temp. Pool areas were well maintained. We received great service at the pool bar both from the waitress and the bartenders. We will be back! "

"Great property for the price, the biggest issue is in todays world even cheap hotels and motels have Wifi this property makes you pay 10.00 a day is absurd. Also we come to vacation and relax not be asked constantly at check in to hear a sales pitch "

"My stay at Springhills Hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the customer service. The staff often seemed bothered when I had simple questions, and it set a negative tone from the start. When I checked in, the front desk gentleman told me parking was $3.99 per night, but when I received the bill, it showed $20 per night. That kind of inconsistency feels dishonest. The room itself also had issues. The bathroom door was broken and needed to be fixed, and the tub had stains at the bottom that made it look unclean. Throughout my stay, calling the front desk was frustrating—most of the time they didn’t answer, and when they did, I was put on long holds. Even worse, they said they would send items like blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths, but they never arrived. It felt like follow‑through just wasn’t a priority. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations for a comfortable or reliable stay. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests."

"I had my doubts about staying at Laquinta because of a past bad experience. However I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean, bedroom and sheets were very tidy and clean. The staff were courteous, professional, and very welcoming. The breakfast could improve to offer more healthy options. All and all my family and I had a great stay. I would definitely go back. "
