"The hotel looks rundown it smells. The rooms are not super clean. The staff was not helpful. The front desk offered a buffet for nine for $10 a day per person. It was just eggs, bacon, stale pancakes, hard waffles, coffee, orange juice that is it that was the buffet menu for the entire state. I could’ve gotten a doughnut for less than $10. You have to ask for an iron because my room didn’t have an iron at the front desk. The towels are for kid size. They only give you one per person super cheap quality towels. I didn’t even bother to go into the pool super super disgusted with the hotel. I could’ve done better. This is not a seven star eight star that Expedia had rated to me. It is a one star. "

"You have to pay $25.00 a day per person for the waterpark, and you have to pay to use the boats. Not all pools had music or an open bar for drinks and food. Also had three out of 7 days that our AC was not keeping up. "

"We arrived early, and was told that we would be put on a priority rush for a room. Cut to 4 1/2 hours later (4:30, when check in starts at 4pm), and still no room available. Yet there were plenty of people who came in AFTER us, who were given keys. After a long travel day, the last thing I want to do is sit around and wait. We were not pleased. "

"The breakfast was incredible the staff were wonderful! The location was excellent many stores within 5 minutes I would definitely recommend going there the only problem was they did not have the room I ordered and didn't save me first floor they gave me first floor with 2 beds no separate rooms 1 tv no couch ect but it was great"
