"The lobby looks grand when you walk in but when we got to the room it was small and the bathtub was old and moldy in the caulking. The tank of the toilet was broken and glued. Paid almost $400 for a room that should have been half that. Elevators were slow."

The room was nice.
The staff was incredibly friendly and very nice.
