"Booked a river view king room. Upon check in staff tried to upsell me a king room. Ended up giving me a double room without the view. When spoke to manager sounded like we were bothering her asking for what we already paid for."

"The lobby and first floor looked nice, and the staff was friendly, but that’s where the positives ended. This was supposed to be a four-star hotel, yet it felt more like a four-star motel. The bathrooms were not very clean and had an awkward layout. There was no daily housekeeping service, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud."

"VERY small and old rooms. Towels smelled awful. Dingy carpets. Zero functioning amenities. Staff was very unhelpful. Called the front desk at 11 pm to ask for help with the streaming service and was told, "It's late. Call back in the morning." The only redeeming quality was the location. I wouldn't have such a negative impression of the hotel if it was rated two stars but it was rated as "exceptional" and that is 100% inaccurate. Holiday Inn Express vibes at best."
