"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."

"Walking into the hotel, it's very nice. The bar stea is also very impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a massive disappointment. Like a cross between ikea and a motel 6. It was clean but very spartan. White walls, no pictures. I expected much much more for the price. Definitely would not recommend"

"When in Chicago, I always stay here. Staff are nice and so are the rooms. Hotel is located at a subway stop to and from Midway airport, and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It's super close to the Art Institute and other attractions."

"We paid for a studio city view and when we got to the hotel the placed on the 5th floor. No city view from the window. TV / remote did not work. Had to cast from my phone. When I tried showering there was only ice cold water. I called the front desk to ask if I’m doing something wrong they said they are trying to fix it. I booked this place for the convinces of getting ready for my graduation which backfired completely when we found out in the morning still no hot water. They said they would...

"Valet parking was easy and worth the extra money to be able to take your car in and out of it a few times during your stay. Hotel room had great views on the 18th floor with tall ceilings. Room was clean and had everything I needed and lots of space. The bathroom barn door style was sticking at one point and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Friendly staff. Comfy beds great location to shopping, river walk, parks, Navy Pier. no complaints. "

"This hotel is showing its age and it’s in need of a good deep cleaning. The carpet is worn and stained in many areas. The A/C doesn’t seem to work in several rooms and the staff isn’t super concerned with customer service. Wouldn’t recommend staying here"
