"Lovely relaxing hotel. Nice grounds and surroundings and lovely staff. The pool and gym were a nice addition. The breakfast was a little disappointing and overpriced at £60 for a family of four, we assumed it was included in our stay as there was no option to add breakfast at the time of booking. "
"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good.
It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone.
Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online.
I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "
"Staff friendly and nice at check in, though room not cleaned properly, seems previous occupants liked to empty their milk and sugar on to the chair pulled up to the desk! Housekeeping failed to miss this when cleaning the room.
Stayed in a cosy double which had a full length mirror, I’ve stayed in many of the rooms at Oatlands and even some of the more expensive rooms don’t have full length mirrors which I find odd. Curtains hanging off the rail - this is so easy to sort I fail to see why these things aren’t sorted promptly and plug in the bathroom sink was broken.
I stay for the convenience for work and most of the time it just hits the mark - this time was just a below standard really. "
"A disappointment in the quality of the hotel, its condition, and its services. The room was so cold when I arrived I thought I was outside, and needed to use a difficult-to-regulate space heater. There was "no cook tonight", so the restaurant was closed. "
"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance.
Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious.
Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good.
Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading)
Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm.
Ideal stay for lunchtime flight. Thank you!
