"We loved our view of the Castle. The area was so easily walkable to the Royal Mile, up beautiful Victoria Street. There was ample night life in Grassmarket on the weekend, so we didn’t have to venture far. Would definitely stay here again!"

"What a great location! My daughter and I stayed for 1 night. We had a fantastic view of the castle! The most comfortable Bed and a pull out couch. We lucked out when we arrived because there was an outdoor market across from the hotel. We found and purchased some great items and food. We were within walking distance to the castle and shops/streets. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The hotel staff were very accommodating."

"All staff members encountered were helpful and friendly. They work very hard and we noticed. The hotel is a great location to be able to walk to Royal Mile and down Princes Street. When everything closes early than expected in Edinburgh being able to hang out in the lounge area was great. At first glance, there are some run-down shops nearby, but I felt safe and it was easy to get to two different tram stops without worry. "
