"The room was spacious, although the staircase was very tight to carry even a small suitcase up. The beds were fairly hard and sprung and the pillows were extremely hard. The lock did not work on the balcony. But the staff at the reception desk were very nice."

"The rooms had forced-air air conditioning, but it was not working at all on a very hot night. The windows only open an inch or so, and while that allowed in the noise from the bar courtyard below, it did nothing to alleviate the heat. The staff did provide a fan when asked. Otherwise, I would not have been able to sleep at all. Bottom line, avoid Malmaison when the weather is hot."

"The stay included a free breakfast, which was good. A fair amount of options. Wish the room had a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold, but there was no option available. The location was very close to a bus stop which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a little tight for the three of us, but it worked ok."

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities."

The location is great for walking to City Center and avoiding the congestion fees.
