While on bith occasions we arrived at the hotel well ahead of normal check-in time, we only had to wait a short time until our room was available. This was very good as it was tiring after a long journey. The hotel is convenient for cruising from Southampton as it is only a short distance to the ferry terminal, but the hotel provided a complimentary transfer on the embarkation day. Bathroom facilities were acceptable. Breakfast was advertised until 10 o’clock in the elevators however that was only Saturday and Sunday hours. It ended earlier on weekdays. Very few options. Coffee, tea, juice, fruit, sliced cheese, sliced meat. No eggs I would not recommend this hotel"
