"Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast bar was plentiful and food good. Bar food was also very good. Hotel is wheelchair-friendly with entrance ramp as well as inside ramps and accessible lavatories. Property is only 6 minutes from the port by taxi. Good experience overall!"

"Highly recommend booking this place. Stayed as a family of 4 and Julia and Iain really had thought of everything. We arrived via train and so didn’t pack a lot. They had beach mats, wind breakers etc Also had a bed guard for our little one so she didn’t roll out of bed. Even the bathroom had a hair towel! "Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"The location of the b&b was perfect for not only accessing Pleasure Beach and sandcastle, but equally the attractions near the tower due to the tram stop at end of street. Leigh & Sue were great hosts we felt very welcomed. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"We loved how close the hotel was to the World of Adventure theme park. It was amazing to leave the theme park and instantly be at our hotel. We also loved the customer service we received from the front desk staff and breakfast manager. Our 10 year old daughter was sick for 2 days and they were caring, accommodating and helpful when we explained the situation. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful with directions and bus/train schedules to London and the airport. "
