Khách sạn Farwaniya

"The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

"The hotel was very clean, the check-in process was fast and smooth, and the furniture looked new and modern. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back."

"Classic hotel with great staff"

"Good"

"Good very good like the bed and the shower"

"Great staff"

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"

"The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery. Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor "

"Excellent staffers."

"Excellent staff, clean rooms and a wonderful overall experience."

"I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my stay. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn."

"The location is good, near to the Cornish, however having limited parking spots, the Egyptian receptionist was not friendly, the breakfast buffet was not bad, it needs more variety, the mattress and pillow were hard. All in all, it’s OK. "
