"Great location I was very comfortable"

"Shopping mall and food "

"Early checking requested, but not allowed instantly, after various requests agreed, thanking for that,"

"Excellent property, good central location, helpful staff, good breakfast spread. only challenge was room key quality, had to frequently come to reception to get it reset, they would stop working every evening"

"Clean and updated room with good standards. Excellent room service and breakfast."

"Clean rooms, fantastic staff. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant - Zing. I look forward to returning to this hotel."

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better...

"Perfect Business and Leisure Hotel"

"Very clean room. Helpful staff. Overall nice experience"

"Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better."

"The staff were really helpful and kind. A very comfortable stay overall and the food was also excellent"
