We only stayed one night but what a night it was! I had called the day before to see if I could get an early check in. I was lucky enough to have Kelly enter my life. I explained our situation to Kelly and of course there was no problem getting an early check in. Kelly recommended a room with a hot tub since this was the first night in almost two decades my wife and I would spend away from our special needs son. Unfortunately, I couldn’t afford it as we were on a tight budget but still, Kelly took the time to listen and was very understanding. But it gets better. Having a special needs child, anything can happen and we missed the early check in I requested and actually was running very behind schedule. Upon entering the bright, clean hotel, I was pleasantly greeted by Alicia and after introducing myself, a big smile overcame Alicia’s face as she said to me “so I heard this is a very special night” and I was blown away. Evidently, communication amongst the staff must be phenomenal as not only did word of my arrival spread amongst the employees as if folk songs of my family are being sung with high regard throughout the land, the proverbial red carpet was rolled out for us as I needed Alicia to repeat what she said as I was in disbelief….we had been upgraded to a bigger room, a bigger bed and our own personal jacuzzi AT NO CHARGE and believe me, we took full advantage of the glistening jacuzzi. The staff made our special night that much more special. Ty."
