"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful.
