"We recently stayed at this casino hotel and overall had a great experience. The room itself was very nice—we stayed in a double queen room, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
However, the bathroom setup was a bit of a downside. The shower doors are frosted glass, which still shows the silhouette of the person inside. There’s also a gap in the door, along with a mirror positioned on the adjacent wall that allows visibility into that opening. If you’re traveling with friends or family (rather than a partner), this can make things pretty uncomfortable and lacks privacy.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent. We ate at the 209 Sports Bar and were pleasantly surprised—the food was really good. We had the fish and chips, steak nachos, and Cajun Alfredo, and all of it was delicious.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. At one point, my son had an allergy attack, and the front desk quickly provided allergy medicine and assistance, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the bathroom door/privacy issue. Fix that, and it would be perfect!"
"Room was not clean, especially the floor and the bathroom. The bed was clean and comfortable. There were minimal amenities. We literally just needed a place to sleep and it was only $120 so we weren’t expecting something fancy in any way but the dirty floor and bathroom were gross. "
"Very noisy. 7 people in the room next door intended for four. Also had five boys. Yelled s and banged until after 11/39 then started fussing at 4:00 am. I left early. Thin walls. Old linens. Bed didn’t smell clean. Pillows should be trashed! I will not return. "
"It was cherry on top after the Yosemite Park trip.It was like a dream and I slept like a baby! All staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was amazing!Don’t forget tip the chef Melissa! She’s amazing:)"
"This is not the cleanest hotel. I can't tell you the last time the floor was vacuumed or the room was dusted. I had to clean the nightstand myself. It was very dirty. it had a nasty sucker stuck to it. Had to ask for toilet paper. There was an 1/8 of a roll left in the bathroom. Didn't know at the time of booking you need to ask for a refrigerator & microwave, they had to bring it to use. Also no coffee pots in the rooms. The breakfast was terrible. Although they did have a waffle maker, bread, bagels & fresh coffee cakes. The tables outside should have be cleaned. The room was cute, but very noisy due to street traffic. The one & only staff member was very helpful and nice. I wish I could say i would go back. That's not happing."
