Khách sạn Phong Tân

"Viele der angebotenen Dienstleistungen kosten extra."

"Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family."

"It was good, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok (pretty good) but it was a set and I wasn’t amazed. The hotspring in the room, essentially outdoor bathtub was quite nice. The shared one wasn’t anything too special. Overall I liked the stay, and it was cozy, however I maybe was expecting more for around 7000NTD/200euro"

"The room is clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Self-serviced laundry is a plus."

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...
