"We stayed in the Garden room and found it to be a little peace of paradise all on its own. The host was absolutely fabulous, he would come over in the morning and get the coffee going, gave us an itinerary of events going on for each day of the week. On Monday he hosted a bonfire bbq, with drinks, food, and entertainment. We felt very welcome here. One of the highlights beyond the awesome hot tub in the jungle was the outdoor shower, now I want one at my house. This will definitely be our Hawaii home for every trip to the big island. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better time staying there. Absolutely the best resort I’ve been to."

My only complaint is I was on the 12th floor and when carrying all my luggage after waiting for 20 minutes for the elevator I finally trucked it all down the stairs myself. Only one functional elevator, skips the 12th floor if there’s people using it below you."
