"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our king room on the first floor was very comfortable, spotless, had a large bathroom, and even a little back deck. The historic property was beautifully restored and clearly very well cared for by innkeeper Veronica and her team. Veronica's gourmet breakfasts were a huge treat, different every morning, and served with attention to every detail in the elegant dining room. "I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I booked a suite with two queen beds and a seating/office area. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. My only issue with the room was that the thermostat was programmed to not go below 65 degrees and would go into a "sleeper mode" at night to conserve energy. "This place is way overpriced for the condition the hotel is in. Breakfast is your typical microwave slop. Room we stayed in was terribly ran down. Water was puddled on window seal from leaking window. Rooms are not acoustic safe, you can hear people walking down hall even with TV cranked up. It's not oceanfront property. I'd maybe stay again if it were half the price. Place isn't worth 200 per night"
