"Clean hotel and room."

"It was fun, overall. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The worst thing I could say was that the parking situation was strange and confusing. We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard. "The place is accessible to train, bus, grocery, restaurants. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. Included breakfast is one of the best I’ve had!"

"The welcome was warm and check-in was quick, efficient but remained friendly and the Reception staff spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a comfy pillow. The bar staff were friendly with great English and were able to recommend a drink for me when I was undecided. Overall, I recommend this hotel with it being on the 4L bus route to take you into Venice. An added bonus is Mestre railway station is a 10 minute walk away if you want to go further afield."

"Excellent location! Walking distance to train and buses to get into Venice. Did not use the restaurant in the hotel, so cannot comment on the quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Well positioned in Mestre in a trendy area and two minutes from Piazza Ferretto. Room and bathroom were modern, minimalist and very clean. The room was small but all that I needed as I was only going back there to sleep. The squeaky shower door was the only issue!"

"The property and the staff were spot on for an easy visit to Venice, Italy. The trains (3 euro a day onto the island city) and airport buses (20 euro round trip) you’d want for any day trips are a seven minute walk. Small shops and restaurants between for any needs on your way in or out each day. "This was a great place to stay to visit Venice. We stayed in a double standard room, and it was quite spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. "We only stayed for one night before flying out of Venice. The property met all of our needs. However, the thermostat was not working. I later found out that the AC was controlled by the front desk which was not something I have come across before. But they did turn it on after I asked them which was nice.
