"Great staff and service. Can’t thank them enough for returning my stuff. We got the first floor so it’s quite noisy. The room is smaller than we thought. There’s a small staircase leading up to the hotel entrance. Central location to old town."

"The best part of our 6 night stay in Palma de Mallorca. Arriving after a long day of travel felt like finding water in the desert. We were whisked into comfortable chairs in a beautiful room, given glasses of Cava and checked in while sipping on our drinks. Our room was a cool oasis during a very hot and humid week. Everything was so thoughtful and all the details made the room comfortable and beautiful. Incredible shower with the best pressure. Although the decor was not fussy or over-designed, it fit the aesthetic perfectly. I was deciding between this hotel and another one that fit my personal design aesthetic more, and finally chose this hotel based on reviews. I’m so glad I did, because pictures really don’t do it justice. The hotel embodies understated elegance, although I do wish the mattress was more comfortable especially when everything else is so high-end. The breakfast every morning was gourmet and the coffees and mimosas made the breakfast extra indulgent. The staff were kind, helpful and genuine. Mallorca has some of the most incredible hotels, but I would 100% come back to Posada Terra Santa."

"Beautifully done inside, convenient to train/bus station and walkable to main attractions in city center. Room was spacious. Unfortunately bedroom was uncomfortably warmer than rest of suite, making sleep difficult. On the plus side, the staff went out of their way to provide a box breakfast since we were leaving so early —- even accommodating my gluten-intolerance!"

"We had a lovely three night stay, the hotel was in a great location to access anywhere in palma. The hotel itself was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. Our only issue was hearing the noise from other rooms, toilets flushing, hairdryers and people talking."

"Excellent séjour au Concepció by Nobis. Dès l’entrée, l’hôtel crée un véritable effet wow : hall, restaurant et bar lounge magnifiques, design soigné, musique et odeurs qui participent vraiment à l’ambiance. Le service a été impeccable et le déjeuner excellent, avec un très bon buffet, des choix à la carte et un service rapide et courtois. L’emplacement est idéal : quartier plutôt tranquille, mais à 5–10 minutes à pied de presque tout. Notre chambre était toutefois petite et assez bizarrement configurée, notamment l’accès bas à la salle de bain. Nous entendions aussi les pas de la chambre au-dessus, ce qui pouvait nuire au sommeil. La « piscine » est plutôt un petit bassin sur la terrasse du restaurant. Nous y retournerions probablement, idéalement dans une chambre plus grande."

"My daughter and I recently stayed at Sant Jaume Design Hotel in Mallorca before she began her semester abroad, and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Offers gym, rooftop deck, on site massages and breakfast. The hotel is elegantly and simply decorated and in an ideal location for exploring Palma. What really sets Sant Jaume apart, though, is the service. It is truly on the level of other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Whether we needed help scheduling outings, arranging drivers, making dinner reservations, or simply figuring out our day, every member of the staff was helpful, kind, and easygoing. We especially loved Maria and Kristina, who were absolute queens at helping organize our excursions, and Mark and Alejandro, who helped with everything from dinner plans to beach towels. They made the entire experience feel elevated while still being relaxed, fun, and completely stress-free. Sant Jaume was such a special part of our Mallorca experience. I could not recommend it more highly and would absolutely stay here again."
