Excellent location. A short walk to the cathedral, and the best shopping and restaurant scene in Palma. Comfortable room with all modern amenities and friendly staff. The moment we arrived we were greeted promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude by everyone we came in contact with. The entire staff was kind and always in positive spirits offering assistance and willing to help with any detail necessary to ensure we had a top-notch experience. They explained all the little details of the Nivia, so that we felt comfortable and at home. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful and elegant Pg del Born del Born. A picture perfect view with design that did not compromise on a peaceful stay Overall a perfect 10 in every way.
