" Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience.
We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).
