For us location was good with some minutes walk to U-Bahn and not too far away from city. Only little disadvantage of the house is the stairs and the old elevator. I don't have a problem to walk up to fifths floor, but for almost 200 EUR per night I would expect more beautiful stairs and elevator. ...
