"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, there wasn't much parking available. The staff was mean. When I checked in, they spoke only Italian with their coworker instead of communicating with me. I felt like they were talking about me, which made me feel uncomfortable."

"We had a lovely stay and would happily return in the future.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions we had. The room was spotless, well-presented, and clearly cared for, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices and something to suit everyone.
The only minor issue we experienced was some noise from the floor above during the night. The hotel advertises...

"Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle. "

"For me it’s the perfect location. However it’s a wee bit far out of the centre of city. Ideal for the stadio olimpico
