"My first room smelled like cigarettes and it was affecting my sinuses. I notified the front desk and they arranged to have my room changed that afternoon. There was no coffee available in the morning. Vending machines worked no problems. Ice machine worked and provided lots of ice."

"The highway noise is very loud and I couldn’t find a way to keep the a/c fan on constantly to drown it out. You may want to request a room on the north side, farthest from the road to minimize the road noise. Also, it appeared that the a/c unit would turn itself off when you were out of the room and also possibly while sleeping because it got very warm. The pool was not open while we were there (beginning of June) and only the main floor ice machine was working. At our time of check-out I wanted to fill my water bottle with ice water since we had a full day of hiking and exploring, however maintenance was working on the only working ice machine. It was very frustrating. Also, the front desk people were not very helpful."

I went to the front desk found stool stains near the bed, and near the desk remote control to the TV did not work,duct tape around aircondition unit, bathroom tube someone sprayed paint the tub paint chipping and hanging hooks on door and wall barely hanging on, mattress worn out every time you move made noises springs"

"Terrible had a bad time very uncomfortable not clean the tub would turn off the lights and the motion. Warm water would run out no type of security for your stuff anyone has access around. Your card to access the room deactivates and you have to go reactivate at the front desk if I were able to I would’ve refunded after the first night thankfully it was only 2 days don’t recommend at all."
