"Rooms are very tiny. They only have 1 setting and don’t tell you the extra is located in a drawer. It can get noisey in the morning if you are on the first floor as the windows are next to the street. "

"Overall a decent stay. Room was a normal size but the shower was spacious. Had to ask for better pillows as they provide 2 awful tiny lumpy ones. We had a few issues with construction noise outside our room window, room not being cleaned when requested and some staff issues but the manager was understanding and apologetic and made it up to us. I would recommend the location because it’s walking distance from attractions such as Tivoli and 2 mins from a train station. The meat packing district is also full of bars, cafes and bakeries and eateries and there is also a Netto very close. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very nice but small. The showers are a bit awkward to get in and out and they have no shelves to put your own products on. We got married while visiting and if you're wondering if they do anything to make your visit special; they gave us a room with a couch and tv, view of the water and left a note congratulating us. The spa is lovely but they close early around 7pm, and you have to book the time online. The staff were very friendly to us, however our friends had a different experience. The staff made them feel unwelcome, and twice rudely asked them for proof that"
