"My family and I had a change in plans so were unable to stay at what I’m certain would have been a wonderful motel. Nonetheless the staff were so courteous, understanding and kind despite our frequently changing plans and other priorities in their own lives. I would stay there just on principle ! Next time. 11/10 for customer service going above and beyond."
"The website offered a pool and free breakfast included. When we arrived it had neither. The carpets were filthy, the bathtub had no means to plug the tub and was dirty. The internet offered did not work. This hotel chain had apparently recently been purchased and is undergoing reno. I think it's bad business to continue using the facilities in a state of despair while undergoing reno. It should be closed during reno. And it is false advertisement to offer amenities that are not truly available....
