"The staff was great. But we got all sorts of problems with the water system. The shower head was not functioning properly (urgently needed to be decalcified). Terrible noise in the pipes each time we were using the tap to wash our hands. "

"Service was great. Room stunk like sewage, it was so bad we had to keep the sliding door opened and bathroom door closed most of the time. We even had our air freshener but still overpowering. The sliding door did not lock , we had to sleep with the fear someone could come in and steal our stuff. They need to fix the door and fix the sewage problem. Room was good , big and clean but other than that, definitely stay somewhere closer to zocalo even if you pay a bit more. "
