"Perfect hotel pre and post flight from Heathrow. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Very clean throughout. Nice selection of restaurants and lounges in the combined lobby. Loved the fact that we could walk into the airport!! Breakfast was outstanding. Price point was great especially when you factor in not having to pay for an airport shuttle and breakfast. The hallways are very long and a room can be far from the lift. "

"I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water.
