"Good"

"Although further away than I thought, I LOVE the fact that it is connected to the airport by a skywalk. It was also nice that there weren't additional travel charges getting from one terminal to another. I would have liked to have gone exploring but there was a horrible rainstorm, and there was a little leakage, so I stayed at the hotel. The bar was very handy for getting food all night. "Although it is quite a trek from terminal 5 it provided a quiet, clean and relaxing place to rest/shower on a long layover. Breakfast was excellent and allowed for quick refueling before long day of travel."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There is ample seating outside which is great on a summers day,The grounds are kept beautifully. The hotel is an old building, unfortunately no air conditioning in the bedrooms due to the age of the hotel, but fans were provided, as we visited on the hottest day of the year. "Room was very clean, nice, and air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and offered complimentary beverage upon arrival. Nicely decorated hotel with neat vibes!"

"On a positive note, our room was quiet - despite our proximity to a runway. The bed was barely adequate. Very small. We were irritated by guest room dishes in the hall. Especially as housekeeping was working in nearby rooms. They never cleaned them up. They were there the next morning. Bad form IMO. The lounge was closed without explanation. So no World Cup game. It seemed like the hotel was on life support."

"Clean hotel with large room, which even had a small balcony. Staff were friendly and informative on check in but checking out was less friendly and more of a process. Tea and coffee available in room with biscuits, a Nespresso or similar would have been a better option as now offered at most hotels. Good size desk for working on, with plenty of sockets in the room but no USB points, wifi had very good signal and easy to connect to, small table and chairs in the room as well as place to store...
