"My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2). But had to wait about 20 mins for a train to T4 from Heathrow Central (T2&3) as most trains appeared to be headed to T5. The two men serving the bar were engaged in a private conversation and...

"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did...

"Very good buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle was on time and quick. Rooms were spotlessly clean although no mini fridge. I needed to leave my insulin at the front desk. "

"Nice hotel for a long layover. Use the digital key to go straight to your room without a wait. Only wish the airport shuttle was free and more frequent. I’m a gold member and didn’t get my perks since I used the digital key though. "

"Room was a good night sleep and your at the airport but terminal 4 is a trek to go back to terminal 2/3 and then get train to 5 so plan well for time . Tea and coffee was good and shower was awesome after traveling. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious I have a chicken tandoori."

"Needed a place to stay for one night before.our flight out Heathrow. Loved that Bus was easily accessible to.and from the airport. One on site restaurant opened til 10 I believe. Nice ig clean rooms."

"Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place. The room was just okay,...
