"I have stayed at Marriot Hotels numerous times in the past, that was many years ago so my critique is based on those stays verse this last stay. Upon check in we weren’t informed that room cleaning only happens if 3 nights or longer. My assumption is the policy has been going on for so long that it didn’t dawn on the clerk to say any thing.
