"The management are wonderful, baking delicious brownies as a welcome gift, and ensuring the room had everything a family needed including a proper sized microwave, a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, lovely quality towels, and sufficient crockery and glassware, with a little fridge. There is also a wonderful kitchen easily accessible to guests, with more equipment and seating area for preparing a meal and dining if needed. "We stayed in a deluxe cabin it is far from deluxe. It had a musty smell, mould in the shower. Water stains on the windows and an old wall air conditioner/heater that vibrated the whole cabin. I left a glass on the sink and it was vibrating that much the smashed when it feel into the sink. It only has a double bed and not much room between the bed and the walls. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there."

I rang the number on the door and there was no answer. I messaged through Expedia and they have refused ro respond. I have requested a refund as the advertising is misleading and there is still no response or refund. As I write this they are still advertising they have a restaurant and bar and taking money. The...
