"Very clean.lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Probably the best shower I have had in a hotel room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for the train and bus stations. Also museums all within walking distance. I would have liked a softer pillow but apparently they were all the same.But that was the only problem we encountered. The lounge is stunning."

"Great hotel in a very central location. Every staff member was so helpful, particularly reception staff. Loved the added extra of a complimentary. drinks reception at 6pm each evening"

"Clean, well designed room. Three things needed repairing but they were sorted on the same day. Helpful staff on reception and dining room. Swimming pool bookings seemed to work well with it never being too crowded."
