"No cats when they are listed as pet friendly … got completely checked in and the room wasn’t ready call down to the front desk and even though I had put feline, they still didn’t notice it"

"I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as instructed on its login page I was told it was on my keycard when I checked in (it wasn’t) and the desk attendant was annoyed that I asked her to write it down and basically implied I was lying. Very poor service and property. They could have made up for much of this with better communication training and a trip to IKEA or Target for updated decor and a fresh coat of paint."

"The room smelled like wet dog, the AC unit made a terrible noise. Being right by the road it was very loud all night . Pool was very cold as well . Breakfast was decent. For price of room it definitely could have been better though all around . Staff was nice "

"We arrived at 3:20 pm. Had to wait until almost 4 for room to be ready. We were upgraded to a suite. Check in time states 3 pm
Breakfast was clearly listed as 7 am start, food wasnt ready until 7:30. Eggs were cold, there was only one option for yogurt, peach, and one option for jelly, grape. There was only decaf coffee anf hot water when i tried to get coffee for breakfast.
The swimming pool was closed.
Parking was fine, room clean, bed comfortable.
Staff apologized numerous times, but it didn't address the fact that your hotel did not meet our expectations."

"Do ur self a favor avoid this motel This was the 3rd time we have used this motel I tire staff was inept building is in need of repairs breakfast never a high point is now just bad. Our last stay sorry we liked the location"
