We were greeted warmly and were checked in quickly and easily with all essential information. The location was perfect for exploring Florence but also a great base for our early morning start the following day at the train station. The rooms and kitchen were well stocked with items for breakfast and coffee, above and beyond what we expected with items provided

The hotel was quiet and I always managed to get a good sleep. The bed was made for me for every night. The bathroom was clean and they had free snacks which came in handy. Overall very decent stay.

Wonderful stay

The room and bathroom were both very clean. Bathroom was very modern. Located in a quieter area but still an easily walkable distance to the centre. The owners were also very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Host was excellent-very friendly and helpful and responded quickly through WhatsApp. Check in instructions were very clear. Room was very clean, bathroom was newer but compact. 10 min walk from train, so some train noise in room if you are a light sleeper-didn't bother us. Appreciated the light breakfast-fruit, yogurt, toast, packaged pasties and drinks.

Great little B&B

This is a perfect little B&B for a budget stay in Florence. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the train station and 20 from the Uffizi gallery. Everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfast supply is plentiful. There is even a kettle and little fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, cosy and friendly

This Bed and Breakfast was exactly as described! Room was comfortably large with own small balcony. And this place is exceptionally clean!! Place has everything that you need for your Florence stay as it is very close to the railway station and the sights. Communication is extremely polite abd efficient! Warm recommendations!

Friendly and comfortable stay

During the 3 days the staff from the BnB was really helpful and explained all the details and doubts that we have from our trip. The room is quiet clean and organized which is always appreciated. Food at the breakfast is enough to start the day. We got an issue with the strong box and they resolved in less than half hour. Gracias!

Positive: Friendly and helpful host. good location 10-15 minutes walk from Santa Maria train station. Tram stop closeby.Bust station is also very close. Negative: The entrance of the flat is on the narrow alley which is not prominent. Breakfast is not served by anyone in the dinning area.you just take food ( mainly bakery stuff) to have with tea.we had our breakfast in our room as the dinning area was hot(no air con) There is no lift and it was a struggle to take luggage on the second floor. I wouldn’t say it’s value for money as I paid the similar amount for 4 start hotel in Milan.

If you like a short walk, quiet, clean but nothing fancy, this is a great spot. Our room was probably the smallest; with basically a bed and well maintained bathroom. When we travel we basically only use the room to sleep and clean up; so it was perfect for us.

Everything was perfect in this Beautiful small hotel, it was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, great price and great facilities, the staff were so kind and helpful, you can find everything inside the room, water, juice, breakfast, hot drinks all kinds, they dont have 24 hour reception but they kept messaging me to know the exact arrival time and i found him waiting for me, great staff

Boa opção pra quem precisa estar próximo à estação de trem. Oferece bastante autonomia e privacidade, só vale destacar que não possui elevador, então pode ser difícil com malas grandes. De qualquer forma, me ajudaram na minha chegada a subir com a minha.

Il centro è a 15 min a piedi. Si può fare. Il palazzo non ha ascensore. Il palazzo un po’ vecchio ma tutto ok. I treni si sentono ma con le finestre chiuso e tutto molto ovattato. Host cortesia top.
