This hotel was extremely clean, well-located, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly but communication was only through WhatsApp. Bathroom was very clean and shower was excellent. Walkable to central Florence. Only downsides were that room was very small and there are no amenities (small fridge, no sink, no microwave, etc).

Best Decision for 2 Nights in Florence

Easy connection to the airport - tram stop directly outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and safe. It’s in a perfect location, easy to walk to all the main sites of Florence. The owners go above and beyond with personal communication to ensure you have everything you need. It’s like the personal experience of an AirBnB, with the professional quality of a hotel. Great experience!!!

The room was clean and we were able to check in early, which was appreciated. Location was average, communication difficult to language barrier. Wifi connectivity was lacking. AC unit was noisy.

Wir haben hier übernachtet und fanden es insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein umgebautes Apartment, bei dem das Zimmer mit Betten sowie einem eigenen Bad (Dusche/WC) ausgestattet ist. Alles war praktisch und sauber, genau richtig für einen Städtetrip. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur Tramlinie 2 (Station Belfiore) – von dort aus kommt man bequem in die Innenstadt. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt dort stehen lassen und die Stadt gut zu Fuß und mit der Bahn erkunden. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es etwas hellhörig war, aber ansonsten bietet die Unterkunft ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
