Hôtel très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, et sur la ligne tram vers l'aéroport. Personnel très sympathique. Sahara parle Français et donne de bons conseils. Très bon café a volonté dans la journée. Petit déjeuner avec de bons gâteaux, des œufs... Je recommande.

Florence Hotel with Lovely Staff

Stayed in two rooms with toddler twins, mother and nanny in another room. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast (eggs, coffee, fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, breads). Andreana and Sarah were very nice, professional, and Andreana went the extra mike helping with train tickets, and taxis. Sarah helped with ordering food. Great location, and would stay there again.
