Good location

The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too.

在很方便的地點，要去哪裡都是走路10分鐘以內，離車站和超市也很近。。房間很乾淨舒適，還有附咖啡粉和點心。衛浴用品要自備牙膏牙刷。除了浴室真的小間，樓梯真的很陡，附近居民（觀光客？）常常很晚了還很嗨有點吵以外，其他都很棒！Francesco很親切，訊息回覆也很快。是一間很有溫暖氣息的住宿！ 喔對了！百年修道院就在巷子口而已！

산타마리아 노벨라역 주변에 좋은 아파트!

1. 위치는 피렌체 산타마리아 노벨라역과 가까웠으며 주변에 가까운 마트도 있어서 편리했습니다. 2. 시설은 거실과 방이 넓은 편이어서 이용하는데 좋았습니다. (대부분의 도구도 다 갖춰진 상태였습니다) 3. 바닥과 소파 베드 등에 일부 머리카락이 발견되는 등 다소 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 4. 안내해준 직원이 친절하였으며 사전 안내도 상당히 좋았습니다. (사무실과 숙소는 다른 건물)

Recommended

Pros: good location, space, amenities and self checkin. It was few min walk from major tourist spots, few meters from the train station connecting to the airport. We got an apartment at Via Benedetta 1st floor that comfortly accommodated 3 adults and one baby (1 bedroom, 1 baby cot, 1 sofa/bedroom). It had high ceilings, a indoor terrace and the master bed wouldn't even make any noise when moving. Self checkin was easy with the app, getting the keys one block away. Short distance from Grota di Leo, Arts Inn and 13 Gobi. Cons: few details to be aware Bathroom looked like recently renovated but the shower boxe had a gap and water would leak through it. City tax paid only by cash (might not be the hotel's call though). We could hear the neighbours but that's expected for this type of building in the city center. Being 3 stars, they had a sign in the door asking you to take out your garbage few meters away and no towels were changed during 5 nights stay but I did not bother checking if changing was included upon request.

Who’d stay in a hotel when you can have this?

Run by a lovely team of people who are always on hand to assist. Very convenient to Firenze SMN and the city centre; plenty of eating options. Has 2 balconies, and all the essentials for a lovely stay. The one thing I would say is you have to treat items e.g furniture, toilet flusher etc in the apartment very gently, or they may break. Very reasonably priced for such a spacious apartment. Would have no hesitation returning.

Great place for relaxing and great location

Location is excellent- very near train station, right on top of bus station for excursions. Very close to sites in Florence. The property felt spacious and homely. Wifi was good (for the kids!). Good amenities inside as well for cooking, clothes washing. We found it a lovely city and surroundings to enjoy and this apartment was a lovely place to return to each day.

チェックインがアパートとは違う場所なのと、部屋の清掃が滞在中は全く入らないことを除けば素晴らしいホテルです。主要な観光地は徒歩圏内に立地してて、中央駅からもすぐなのでピサにもスムーズに行けます。室内は綺麗で、飲食店もすぐ近くに沢山あります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、快適な滞在になると思います。

Nous étions quatre adultes et nous avons eu un appartement avec une chambre et deux divan-lits. Beaucoup de rangements, très propre. Air climatisé fonctionnel. Près de la gare et édifice sécurisé. Lave-linge sur place. Impeccable!

A romantic gem in Florence

This apartment was amazing for us. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, for it was a real queen bed. The kitchen was great as it was well stalked with essentials for us. The location was very romantic and recognizable for us, so we never got lost. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We were very pleased with our stay at this cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. They even had a large bottle of water in the fridge for us and left us a bag of vanilla wafer like cookies. The location was close enough to easily walk to Florence’s most important sites and the train station but was outside of busy night life and was thus quiet for sleeping. It was also a very short walk to a Hertz where we left Florence from to drive off and explore more of Tuscany. We would stay there again!
