With temperatures above 35°C in Florence during our three-day stay, this made the room the most unpleasant part of our trip. "The B&B Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is in a great location, being right next to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and easy walk to Duomo and Uffizi and Patti Palace (my favourite place we visited). "The room was very specious, the hotel is located right across from the train station so location is ideal. The room I stayed in had a small terrace with a small sofa and a chair overlooking the main road. Despite being in a very busy location the room was well isolated and there was no voice. A tram station is just out the door and I will definitely stay here again."

"The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend"
