"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff"

"Our family of 5 stay was great, free ice cream and muffins daily was a nice touch. Unfortunately the nearby beach was not clean, it was full of seaweed, it had a foul smell and if we had known we would have stayed on the other side of the island. I really wanted to enjoy the beach. What sold me is that the beach was steps away but was told by the staff we would need to go to another beach on the other side of the island. Other than that the hotel suite was lovely."

"The property was well maintained, in a old historic district, quaint. We felt very safe walking around. Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned well, bathroom, floors etc. were in good condition. The issue we had was a lack of hospitality and attention. The person at the desk taking care of guest service, check in etc needs more training in how to address people in the hospitality industry. Very impersonal and unfriendly. She was sitting on her phone when we walked in, there was...

"The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction."

"Stayed three nights in July with an all adult group. Great staff and great breakfast. Hotel worker every morning making omelettes outside during breakfast hours. Quite a hit with the group I was travelling with. Rooms a little smallish, but tastefully decorated and well maintained. Hotel exceeded expectations. Maybe 10 minute walk to Duval Street or Hemingway House."

"Ambrosia is in a quiet location and yet is close to most of the best restaurants and bars in Key West. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was quite nice as well with a fair amount to choose from. Overall it was a fantastic experience."
