"the only issue was we set the AC in the room at 70 we were there for three days ... never got to temp. it was 90 out durring our stay and inj a top floor room. so it seamed like the AC was fighting but not quite do ing it other than that great place to stay if you have kids at UF super close eay to get items centraly located to all food and stores "

"Average stay for what I would consider a lower tier hotel. Rates tend to be higher than warranted due to the college town it is in, depending on the time of year. Oddly, the building is attached to Staybridge. The Staybridge hallways looked a little nicer than the part of the hotel that was reserved for the Holiday Inn Express, where the decor was a bit garish. The room was a little damp and the lighting, especially in the bathroom, was too dim. No bars of soap, just the refillable liquid...

"The room was fairly clean but pretty bare bone. The toilets were “green ecology’ and had very inadequate flushing, worse than other green toilets I’ve used. Poor choice of TV channels so bring your IPads. Staff were all lovely."

"The shower pressure was very low. Couldn’t take a proper shower after a long day. Brought it to the attention of the staff but it didn’t get addressed so get the 2 nights we were there. Not a big fan of the breakfast."

"Air conditioners don’t cool rooms . The ac unit turn on runs 5 minutes and shuts off for 15 minutes. I complained to front desk twice about it not cooling below 80deg in the room. I was told all the ac units in the hotel are set to run like mine was. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every conversation within 3 rooms of yours . "

"Everything was pretty nice although the shower curtain and shower combo was a little strange. Some of the buttons on the tv remote didn't work at times. All in all it was a nice stay at a good price."
